So, how do you rate him?

Strong points: Broad minded, seems very competent on legislation

Weakness: Not a mention of vision 2030 in which ICT should play a critical role. Did not see any commitment to Konza City and development of such ICT based projects.
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.
