The house is ready for roofing.Initially was considering Tiles/Bricks but due to the fact I want to `harvest` water decided Iron sheets. But the the following local price a bit suspect .Gauge 38 blue coated ;3m -kshs1155,2.5m-960,2m-750.. is the price range true or the trader want to .......?

Hi. I'm not sure how big ur house is coz those prices sounded a too inflated. I just completed roofing a commercial building in umoja innercore on a 25*60 plot. I used regular unpainted mabati,and the fundi used lots of thick support beams. Total cost was 1.05 million...just for that roofing.
That did not include putting a gutter that properly channels rain water from roof to city council drainage on the ground. This was extra bakes and I totally ran out of chumes. So unless ur hao is really wide,I'd suggest getting a second and even third estimate. Hope this helps.

Enquiring price per 1 ironsheet. Gauge 38 coated blue in colour. 2,2.5,3 meters sizes.
