Wow! Am impressed. This is encouraging. I was very lazy for the better part of this year. But for the last month(from 3rd of April), I have been running 10km daily(weekdays but occasionally on Satos I do 18km) in the morning and it feels so good. With experiences shared here, I feel encouraged and I will make it a permanent habit now.

4 times a week. Also check on my diet, I try to eat healthy at most times.

Quote:
Benefits of sex!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you know that you could tell
from the skin whether a person is
sexually active or not?

1. Sex is a beauty treatment.
Scientific, tests find that when
women make love they produce
amounts of the hormone estrogen,
which makes hair shine and skin
smooth.
2. Gentle, relaxed lovemaking
reduces your chances of suffering
dermatitis, skin rashes and
blemishes. The sweat produced
cleanses the pores and makes your
skin glow.
3. Lovemaking can burn up those
calories you piled on during that
romantic dinner.
4. Sex is one of the safest sports
you can get take up. It stretches and
tones up just about every muscle in
the body. It's more enjoyable than
swimming 20 laps, and you don't
need special sneakers!
5. Sex is an instant cure for mild
depression. It releases endorphins
into the bloodstream,, producing a
sense of euphoria and leaving you
with a feeling of well-being.
6. The more sex you have, the more
you will be offered. The sexually
active body gives off greater
quantities of chemicals called
pheromones. These subtle sex
perfumes drive the opposite sex
crazy!
7. Sex is the safest tranquilizer in
the world. It is 10 times more
effective than valium.
8. Kissing each day will keep the
dentist away. Kissing encourages.
saliva to wash food from the teeth
and lowers the level of the acid that
causes decay, preventing plaque
build-up.
9. Sex actually relieves headaches. A
lovemaking session can release the
tension that restricts blood vessels
in the brain.
10. A lot of lovemaking can unblock
a stuffy nose. Sex is a natural
antihistamine. It can help combat
asthma and hay fever...

Was doing weights in the gym until a lady pal told me to try aerobics.

Life changed! I do 4 classes a week of atleast 1.5 hrs each, and its really impacted on me greatly. Lost weight, reduced my waist size, lots of energy etc...

Only problem with aerobics for men is that it makes one clobber a lot....

That is consistent with that theory that very faaat men has diminished pines...By the way how do they succeed in the landing business when walking itself is an issue?

5-6 days in a week for me... depending on my schedule, but going mornings is better because I don't get to miss out because of work or other commitments...so 5:45am-7:00am. The 1st 15 mins short sprints, skip, jump, bike or resistance running, followed by 45 mins weights, or without weights, I alternate each week ( this week with weights, the next without -body weight training is not easy).
On the 6th day usually sato mornings either jog/run like 8kms or gym just like the rest of the week, depending on my mood that day.
I have also done aerobics, its interesting if you get a trainer that really pushes you to the limit. I used to despise it too thinking its for chics but if you get the real deal you are in for a treat.
I watch what I eat, booze kidogo, sio kulewa chakara.
All in all, its never ending, with today's lifestyles exercising is not an option.
