I think the lady has been put there for a purpose. She's also a pretender. She's not a practicing Muslim, contrary to what she claims to. She breaks all the rules, and she might as well not be associated with them in the first place. Because she passes the wrong message to the entire world, being such prominent person.

As long as Defence is being run by a clueless woman, and Lands by Ngilu, it isn't too bad to have the former head of NIC Bank running health. He'll struggle at Mafia House, but hopefully he'll deliver. Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.
