As I have said, mnaweza nikosoa kama nimekosea! @youcant your source ( looked at the second link) is outdated. Sexual offences are now governed by the Sexual Offences Act and not the Penal Code. The Act is available @ kenyalaw.org. Look up section 8 for the definition of defilement and the penalties the offences attracts. No one below 18 is fair game. Thanks. When did the new law come in place. Was it before the alleged landing? Good point. Slow morning for my brain. Sexual offences act was passed after. The only law that matters for the other woman in this case is the law of succession.

There is no law supporting landing on 15 yr old The girl has confessed that landing commenced in 2005 when she was clearly 15 =statutory rape I may be wrong..but then I could be right

I think, yes womenfolk are strategists, but a 16 year old has not graduated to that club. The good lawyer just wanted the virginity broken pap, that is if, the claim of relationship is true.
She is not 16 now. And I have not said that she is/was cunning. We do not really know for sure that the guy she did things with 7 years ago is actually Hon.
