Posthumous minor charge for the late senator

considering the lady who is claiming that the late senator fathered her son is 23 years and the son is 7 years then it means the late senator engaged her sexually when she was 16 years. Why cant he be charged with posthumous minor charge???
N this is the guy we were trusting our kids with as minister for education????

The boy resembles Mutula Kilonzo unlike the D+ Mutula Kilonzo Junior.Infact there is no need for DNA and if a DNA is required it should be for the fake Mutula Kilonzo Junior not the real Junior.
