I have just heard from an FM radio station that Willy Mutungu iko ndani ya chida tena.
One of his past wives has gone to court alleging that the Solomonic judge has not been paying her alimony amount in the region of Kes. 150,000 per month.
Ni kufyamest, SA sangoma is working.

Tell her to go to court!

This is not sangoma business. She has definitely been paid. A certain fellow wants the CJ out and he will try to get him out through the main door, back door or even a window. WHEN did this woman realize she was not being paid? Last two months?

Here's my plan

Prove that I'm very very poor. Start stalking her. She gets a restraining order

Then i can be rich later....no wonder guys are going to K-street. Less stress, more money

Aaai this is too much now. same case to Mutula Kilonzo the late. Women should 'somehow' learn to move on if they decide to move out of marriage.

This alimony business is total crap! Even me siwezi lipa hivi hivi!!! I would use ALL derailing tactics - including moving to another country to having a business that reports only "losses" as my only source of income! Child support, I agree with - if the money ACTUALLY benefits the kids. My kids are my kids. I wouldn't even need a judge to tell me to support them under whatever circumstances. But a wife who you might have parted ways under the worst of circumstances - like Tuju style among others - hiyo atangoja! There are scenarios where the wife might have SACRIFICED HER CAREER for the sake of the marriage and you BOTH agreed to that course of action. In such a scenario it's only fair for you to be sharing your piece of the pie with her as SHE SEEKS TO GET BACK ON HER FEET. Hii ingine yote ni wizi wa mabavu!

You part ways with a wife who has given you nothing but grief then you start paying her - monthly!! For what? The reasoning behind alimony payment is totally flawed!

By the way does our new constitution provide for alimony payment? I know child support is 50 - 50 but I don't know what it says on alimony.

@Angel, empty debes will always make noise no matter what hits them. I avoid them at all cost.
The name of a "certain fellow" turns them on.

@Angelica _ann - YES I DO!!!

@Birthday Boy - I am not one of those wazuans you bully to silence so quit trying! You can post whatever you want but when someone says something you don't like they are an empty debe? Get a grip! I have seen the witness number whatever crap you have posted among others and when the shoe is on the other foot you start crying wolf? And the fact that you got the point even without me mentioning the name or even implying who the person is says alot!!!

Honestly!
Its becoming more expensive and stressful to live with a woman.
In a couple of year or two men would rather keep the women far away at K-street and get them when they really need them and for a period not more than say 4 hours.
Whats the use of paying alimoney (alimony) to a woman you divorced and no longer live with or enjoy anything from?

Blind men voted for the new-katiba without understanding this section "all foreign international laws shall come part of this constitution automatically..."
DISASTROUS!!!!
Sad Sad Sad Sad

ION: I emphatically voted NO!
