Muturi isn't the right man for that Job
He is still cocooned with partisan party politics favouring the TNA party excessively
He refers to members as Mr so and so instead of Hon.
He once told an MP to stop behaving like a uncircumcised primary school boy.
Very arrogant

The members should not be called honourable coz they are not, but the speaker being arrogant is his worst undoing
