Real estate in Thika town - Landless Estate

Hi Wazuans.

Well, i need a piece of advice from you regarding real estate at Thika town particularly . I just bought five plots at landless area ( 300k per plot) opposite Kivulini Estate.I want to develop two of the five plots within the next five years. My biggest question is what is the rate of return on investment at Thika. Any piece of advice is highly anticipated.

I'm surprised the landless plots still exist. Are there any more? Sorry can't help..

Where exactly is the location in relation to Garissa Rd and the barracks? Reason am asking is the real Landless is 100x100 and the last time they cost that much was over 10 yrs ago. They are being advertised for 1.6m plus. Let me know your location because am very interested in that area.

@Fomoney, the land is located just behind the leather industry, opposite the heights academy.The soil is murram and the plots measures 40 by 80.

Last week few plots around the leather plant were selling at 800, 000.

300, 000 might be the too good to be true.or we are talking of a different location.
