Hi
am looking for offices in good locations which are currently on sale or to be sold soon
i want to invest in buying office space which i can lease out
i noted that a friend of mine got 430 square foot in westlands in a new office complex for sh 5m and considering he can rent out this for about sh 60k per month ( after partioning) , this is a good business. even after say service charge of sh 5k per month
any ideas or currently selling offices, please let me know
