Hey all,
I have ID-ed land for purchase in Limuru, its 100x100 plot, going for 1.5m next to the highway about 200 meters form ,10 minutes drive from Limuru Town....need a serious person to share with 750k for a 50x100.....want to start building next year. We shall do all the searches and due diligence together.

@GaiMU joins wazua and among his first couple of posts is a post asking someone - anyone - to "contribute" 750k towards the purchase of a piece of land.

Wazuans know how this kind of stories end so they totally ignore the post. As in totally ignore - wazauans "are others"!!!

Fast forward. @mduara - yet another hello - requests for a piece of the pie (info first) on 6th may...

Okay. I know I'm supposed to ignore this circus but... I don't know why I didn't ignore!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

HeheheheLaughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly , note where I said we shall carry out due deligence on the plot with the person interested? this was a genuine call for sharing. I was able to get a friend to share the cost with me only for us to be told the land had been sold at 1.2m so we are looking for another place together before our hard earned cash turns into money for Wazuan's with EABL shares.
