I hold the view that developing a New Constitution is the single most overrated document and event in Kenya today.

Kenya's problems today have far less to do with the letter of the law as they do respect for the rule and spirit of the law.

And it is from the President all the way down to the raia.

I expect a rude shock (after Billions in expenses) once,if ever,this document is passed when we eventually realize our laws were really not the problem after all.

Not an iota more of political,social or economic ugali as DanMoi would say.

Hata hivyo,let the review continue but we need to massively tone down public expectations and work more towards culture and behavioral change from the top to the bottom of society.
