KQ is being controlled by the 10% rule,things would have been much better. I suspect other stocks too would be seeing better prices,this 10% rule leads to deliberate under-quoting.
PS accidentally posted in 'other discussions' unable to change to 'investments'

@Much-Know;

You should have been there before the rule was put in place.....chaos,unpredictable.....

BTW,if you have some KQ and today it closed at 36.5...and you want to exit at 45 (23% up),there is nothing stopping you from sending the order to your broker...only that the broker will not be able to post it on the trading platform....but as soon as the stock touches 40.95,you order will be first on the queue...and will happen tomorrow if the current trend continues
