I know for a fact that James runs Equity like his personal baby. He once called his managers @ 9PM on a Saturday night for a meeting on the Sunday morning @6AM in his house! Am surprised that Julius Kipngetich is still at Equity

No wonder employers give so called senior managers office phones. Otherwise the story would have been "sikupate hio call" mboss. It reminds me of a manager i had many years ago who would summon us for review meetings at around 5.00pm every day. We had to come up with a scheme of reporting to work without jackets to be able to duck from the office before her 5.00pm mtgs.

Not healthy. There must be equity bank without James Mwangi. His baby must be capable of walking and growing without him in the picture. He can't still be micro managing things.
