I am suspicious of 'round' figures...

Disappointing because it contradicts a credible rumor I heard that Raila in fact beat Uhuru by 850,000 votes. From a very bankable source that cannot be named because he is not authorized to speak to Wazua.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.
