Reality in 2013 is that we are as tribal as we can be. People voted on tribal basis in the just concluded elections and that will continue in the foreseeable future. It is laughable that you cannot see the political ramifications of this feeling in future.


My friend you better start smelling the coffee, those masai and samburu mps will change their minds in due time. This is the beginning of the new order, change is inevitable



They will change only after they have been promised that one of them will be nominated to the cabinet. HE President Uhuru and his DP must address this issue at some point. Watch this space.



@ liv i agree with you,it is clear that qualifications were not the only thing under consideration in the nominations.....while i am not sure that every big tribe should be represented-because that would be discrimination against the smaller ones- i agree that nominations should be seen to be fair.....Actually i would like to see the list shot down and them having to revise it.....
