Nothing wrong with this because it is inconsequential.

First, Raila is still free to speak his mind.

Second, there is little SUBSTANTIAL difference between CORD and Jubilee manifestos.

Third, save for Siaya county, no CORD governor will do what Raila tells them if they do not want to. He was a stepping stone. Now that he is neither president nor premier, his power of intimidation has all but disappeared. As was evident from Okuta's funeral, both CORD and Jubilee governors are now falling over themselves to court the president's favor.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

the only manifesto that will be implemented in the next five years is jubilee. those cord governors MUST align themselves to that. I REPEAT MUST ALIGN... hiyo manifesto ya CORD itangojea 2017.... hakuna nusu mukate hapa!!
When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has said he will work with Cord's 24 governors to implement the coalition’s manifesto.

Mr Odinga said Cord has majority governors elected during General Election and will use them fulfil promises they made during the campaigns.

No wonder he insists he won the elections......he's going to be President despite not being sworn-in in a colourful millitary ceremony........and he is still going to fulfill his campaign pledges to the people......Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

You've got to give it to Raila... he's got talent.
What happened to those who were stepping down for them to come back to parliament?

Check the numbers from any of the major former councils and compare with what fraction of the 15% they will get from the national governments!!!!!!
