i have been wondering the same.....


He might probably be proposed as an ambassador or even Principal Secretary(that's if he applied and was shortlisted). There are so many positions yet to be filled, cabinet secretaries was just the begining.

The Maasai probably deserve something but Turkana have the Senate Speaker which was originally supposed to be Kaparo's na Samburu also have an nominated Senator.

tribalism reloaded. I feel like a spectator.just lucky that we have a new constitution. hope the economy grows then the rest can get any leftovers from the bigger cake.

it's a falsehood. Chirchir was the guy who pushed the old RTS system while he was at IIEC. he had nothing to do with the second one - he was not even affiliated with the commission. most of the commissioners did not even want the guy. how do I know this ... coz i know the guy who designed the whole thing. the one authority in matters RTS.

lakini tuseme ukweli tu.... ministry of defense has gotten the wrong person... that is a ministry that ought to be headed by a defender.... musa otieno for example.
