I'm too tired of regional balance upus. What if the people in that region are daft, must they be included?
we should be looking at their qualifications. And before you go there, yes it is possible that some regions do not have people qualified enough to run a cabinet. That is not tribalism, its just the way things are.
So let the professionals run ministries and the politicians you voted for with your tribes, ask for more salaries. at this time and age I dont think there is a region that can be said to be "daft" as per your statement... Theoretically @alma has a point, factually it is not true!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

Meanwhile bana this NIS skit is coming along well. Bana Si UMK just finishes mara moja and gives Kimemia National Internal Security and Cordination docket instead of doing therapy on us. One thing though keeping this cabinet skit for a week or two has really managed to funika the divide caused by sup....court! Kenya's are very easy to distract. Now am sure they are really working hard to ease on us Kimemia and possibly Mutea Iringo as Principal secretary. Hawa wawili CV haitasomwa, you will just hear about straight appointment.
Must commend UMK, his picks are very decent and I would give him a B+ for the choices, other than Waiguru, must say the rest of his guys are quite decent. However I also noticed a lot of effort to please the Somalis, a thing Kibaki started and now being continued. Unfortunately I think it would have been prudent to keep the Somali/Borana to 2 max, one each. Having 3 is an overkill and especially considering it's at the expense of Maasai, Luo, Luhya and importantly Indigenous coastarians. Leaving coast with nothing is a bit insensitive. Balala is more or less a settler coast.
The big shocker for me has been WR choices. They are very light weight. Certainly I know there are brilliant Kaleos who would front up to the rest of the team but the 4 guys perhaps with the exception of Rotich are light weight and to me look easily manipulatable. Me strongly thinks WR is running on a very different strategy to UMK!

That sounded very interim, how come he didn't parade him or tell us more about him! this is just NIS therapy, test reaction of Kenyans. UMK said for the sake of continuity, but then once the PS to National internal Sec and Co-ordination is in office surely that position would be clashing with that position Kimemia was handed! Anway CS for Internal Sec and Coordination itaamua hii maneno!
