It might be good to look at this against population and party affiliation.

In my opinion it is fair .Even when they were 42 Ministries we never achieved this kind of distribution.

At least one has to be Maasai surely. Kaimenyi is a Meru ....

I don't think it's regionally balanced so far.

Which reminds me: Midiwo was quoted jana saying they can't start vetting till the full cabinet is named since, among other things, they can't tell if it is regionally balanced. Got me thinking will the NA be vetting the cabinet or the cabinet secretary-nominees? Constitutional experts in the house?



that's a no brainer! You must also look at the cabinet as a whole when you are vetting its nominees!
