As much as we don't agree with the choice of Ngilu and Balala, they may end up being the best performing Cabinet Secretaries. They will go all out to prove their critics wrong.

If they pass Parliament first....

Parliament will make plenty of noise but these guys will still pass. The only thing that could block this list is regional balancing. But Uhuruto have appeased their core constituencies so that too will come a cropper.

At least one has to be Maasai surely. Kaimenyi is a Meru ....

I don't think it's regionally balanced so far.

Which reminds me: Midiwo was quoted jana saying they can't start vetting till the full cabinet is named since, among other things, they can't tell if it is regionally balanced. Got me thinking will the NA be vetting the cabinet or the cabinet secretary-nominees? Constitutional experts in the house?

Isnt Wakhungu a Luhya and Ngilu a Kamba?
