I suspect these guys may not be getting the people they want for the cabinet secretaries, hence the long wait.
Someone I know (a professional recognised in her profession) told me yesterday morning she was called at 5AM by a top guy at NSIS and informed that they were considering her for one of the positions. Subsequent to that, there were multiple calls from various agencies for info etc.
She was then asked to go to statehouse in the evening where apparently she left at about midnight- having spent 1 hour with the 2 gentlemen, in what she has indicated felt like a thorough formal interview.....
Do I believe her? Yes- doubt there would be any motivation for her to lie seeing she has achieved alot but this gets me thinking that probably there is a problem somewhere. I thought these guys went to Coast to "deliberate" on the list?
All the same, our president is being knowned more for being a "procastinator" and may loose the goodwill he already has

Friend?

How did you know they were NSIS? (Sorry how did she know......) How did they say they got your (her) number? Do you respond to unknown numbers at five in the morning? (A lady responding to an unknown number at five in the morning?)

In what profession are you in? (Oops what profession is she in? Medical?)
