I hold a different view. Caroli might be one of Agwambo's representative in government. Deals were struck perhaps in exchange for ngoing srow. Pity the raia who still believe Raila will be cut off from government largesse.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

My fellow friends I THINK IF ONE IS SHORTLISTED FOR A JOB IT MEANS there is a criteria the panel looks at. Im very sure and certainly very very sure that Before Caroli Omondi applied for the PS role he consulted with Jakom Raila Odinga and he was given a green light to go ahead. One L. Chweya from the former VP office was also given the go ahead to apply. Jakom is very aware of this move and is very supportive. A one Elkana Odembo(jakoyo’s Brother in Law) and Wenwa Oranga are still Ambassador and Consulate respectivelyto the USA, why should Caroli Omondi be the one to resign from Government because Cord lost in 2013? We all know why Cord lost in the 2013 elections so don’t put blame where blame is not necessary. Does this mean all civil servants that supported jakom must leave Government because he di not make it to State house? This man Worked hard for Raila and CORD.

Jonijo2003 i think you are the only one who has posted an article and surpoted it with facts. I call upon anyone who knows of an agent or was an agent here and has not been paid to rise and shout it out NOW!!!! Time has come for us to see things as they are and not see them as we hear them.
