Is this a pointer to how the jubilee govt will be running the affairs of the country - i.e a total lack of respect for time, timelines, deadlines etc?

And considering that they have had close to 2 months since they were elected to prepare the list, this is a big disappointment! They seem to be 'too lazy and slow' to get things done.
