Nakuru is a great town not to mention very affordable. Am finishing my house in kiamunyi in 6 months time. I would recommend Milimani areas, and land along kiamunyi. The prices are still fair. You can get 1/4 from 1.2M depending on the location. Hit me up on lkaptich[at]propertyzote[dot]com

So I just got this information of plots in Kiamunyi in Nakuru going from Ksh1m and up for 1/4 an acre. Anyone with information about the area and if its a good residential place, and maybe a good return of investment sometime soon?

I have a friend who bought those plots over 10 years ago, built in the place, and it has been a good home for him. Doubtful the value of the land will appreciate quickly - but if you are looking for a home, then it may be a good place.

Thanks Ndaragwa,
My major interest is a residential place and the other stuff is just auxiliary . I just hope there wont be a flats/high rise flats attack on the area any time soon since thats what has been happening in all good Nairobi neighborhoods. PS I have nothing against high rises if they are planned well and built in an organized appealing manner

Hey guys.Whats the going rate for an acre next to the Comply Industries plant/Sian flowers about 20Km from Nakuru town.(Inside Sobea area).

Also what is the price on the opposite side of the main highway i.e opposite Trinity Academy?

Anyone? I have a few acres though titles are not out.

@Coolio thanks! Is the price the same on both sides of the highway?I thought the Trinity side would be slightly more expensive.
