So how does it work? There's a new Secretary for each Ministry, a position formally known as Minister?

Then is there a permanent secretary under the minister?

It's a principal secretary under the minister, will be more than one in some ministries!!!!!

So the Principal Secretary will be next in line after the Cabinet Sec, hakuna mambo ya another assistant this time?

Tupewe Bitange Ndemo na M. Kebati then Oduor Otieno na Adan Mohamed... who else... is Manu chandaria fit and digital enough...

This government needs to be run like a private entity.. and only UK can do that.. owes nobody, esp the old guard, anything... and is too rich to be corrupted..

His worst problem would be WSR trying to play catch up using shortcuts.. pray it doesn't happen...It did happen under his Dad
