Sometimes recycling takes time to give output...perhaps that's what's causing the delay?

Actually I've moved to the light version, but it seems to have helped my mind think clearly...
But I'm sure its the recycling that causing delays...old analogue junks are hard to connect to digital networks, as Sunny Bindra sid!

I am willing to bet he has the spine to resist all political losers but not all analogues.

So how does it work? There's a new Secretary for each Ministry, a position formally known as Minister?
Then is there a permanent secretary under the minister?

It's a principal secretary under the minister, will be more than one in some ministries!!!!!
