What single book, in the realm of social, political or economic development, would you recommend for Uhuru/Ruto as they embark on the challenging job of leading our country?

Mine would be "Bad Samaritans" by Ha-Joon Chan.

It is one of the best critiques of neo-liberal economics that I have ever read.
