If there is a loophole they can take advantage of, there is nothing you will do.....they will increase it!!!!

Majority in the house, kusema na kutenda. As i had said in another thread, they are due for a salary structure review due to results of PA, COLA and CPI changes of 2012 vis a vis 2013.
