True.

When you think about it, you wonder why anyone would wish to be someone elses' enemy... d'oh!

I survive partly through fighting RAO.Seems if they unite I may have to look for other means of survival.

RAO is one mysterious character he first blamed the media, then IEBC finally the supreme court. lets not hear any complains next week when the supreme court gives its report after today. he has confirmed indeed UK is the duly elected presidentsmile

according to The Star they are offering him special envoy position. Other offers include mobilizing parliament to give him a retirement package similar to Kibaki.

I doubt he'll turn down this one, he gets to keep his security detail including chase cars, diplomatic passport, VIP treatment etc.

Iam sure this will come with a rider that he retires from active politics and be an elder statesman just like Desmond Tutu etc.

Rao headed to Kakamega after the meeting for a funeral. He said something to the effect that Kina Uhuru should not think they can buy people and weaken the opposition so I doubt there was any deal

Do you realize that he'll be the most respectable senior citizen after Moi and Kibs. So yes, he deserves good treatment.

Respect? I dont think so. He commands a lot of pitty. Lets not forget the kind of utterences the pm made during compaigns and after the ellections.
Its also shame for a country to abandon a senior politician regardless of the state of mind of the man or woman so he must be given a job. I dont see him as an envoy because we all know the AU wont respect him as he will be seen as a western stooge. His checkered political past can best be described by his own word "enigma"
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...
