I can confirm that this is indeed true. However, its not true that he was stuck in traffic like everybody else. What happened was that his Range Rover was driving on the wrong lane(overlapping?) and created no traffic pile up at all. Hope he continues with the same spirit in future.

Agreed. The lead car was pulling the oncoming traffic off the road for less than 2 mins.
