I have a moral question for you. This is an imaginary situation, but I think it is fun to decide what one you would do.

The situation: You are in budalangi, and there is a huge flood in progress. Many homes have been lost, cattle lost and infrastructures destroyed.

Let's say that you're a photographer out getting still photos for a news service, traveling alone, looking for particularly poignant scenes.
You come across, say Ababu Namwamba, who has been swept away by the floodwaters. He is barely hanging on to a tree limb and is about to go under. You can either put down your camera and save him,or take a huge huge Prize winning photograph of him as he loses his grip on the limb.

So,here's the question... and think carefully before you answer the question below:

Which lens would you use?

Good question.

I would first ask him whether I have any legal obligation to pull him out of the water. LOL

If you feel morally obliged and pull the guy out,you could be in future have a legal problem if he comes out and start saying that you hurt him in the rescue.

LMSAO Brav! I'd used the fish eye, panoramic lens to capture the extent of the flood. I'd use a telephoto zoom lens to capture his frightened look and give it to Reuters for free...

The problem with equality is that we desire that it be with those that have more than us rather that those that have less

it would depend on how 'sufficiently philanthropic' if feel to help a suffering kenyan...
