Ngilu cannot be incharge of the Finance Docket...you can take my view to the bank...most probably a merged gender & Social services docket...there was a guy named Kariuki who was incharge of, I think, policy and was instrumental in designing the Jubilee manifesto might get the post or one of the technocrats already in the ministry like Dr.Kamau Thuge '......to the acknowledgment of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; 3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.'
