The high court and court of appeal in Kenya also issued a warrant for his arrest should he decide to come back to the country!

If we do not arrest him we will be disrespecting our own sovereign courts not only the ICC...

yea and he will be seated next to the CJ and AG both grinning like geckos from jericho

I will be deeply discouraged if UK and WR entertain this bugger. We have nothing to gain from Sudan. Plus these ruthless buggers terrorized our brothers and sister in the south for a very long time. Washa Al Bashir aende Middle East for execution ceremonies and not important ceremonies like ours.

Ama anakuja kuexchange notes on witness molestation. hehehehehehehehehe

Al Bashir flees Nigeria after ICC petitions Nigeria as a state party to the Rome statue to arrest and hand him to ICC
Quote:
Situation: Darfur, Sudan
Case: The Prosecutor v. Omar Hassan Ahmad Al Bashir

On 15 July 2013, Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court (ICC) requested the Federal Republic of Nigeria to immediately arrest Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir, on visit to Abuja (Nigeria) and to surrender him to the ICC. Omar Al Bashir faces charges of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, allegedly committed in Darfur (Sudan).

The Chamber recalled that Nigeria is a State party to the Rome Statute since 2001, and has the obligation to execute the Court’s orders.
