The high court and court of appeal in Kenya also issued a warrant for his arrest should he decide to come back to the country!

If we do not arrest him we will be disrespecting our own sovereign courts not only the ICC...

Unlike UK and WR, Al Bashir has a warrant of arrest issued by the ICC.
