Thanks @ admin for opening the politics section. I go straight to my point.

Bensouda will be left with an egg in the face courtesy of Ocampo. I say so because of two things (i) witnesses recanting their evidence and pointing to having been coached and (ii) Development of cold feet by Uncle Sam and other ICC funders, who have openly trooped back from their consequences and essential contact drama to endorse and support UK.

As you notice on this article Bensouda herself has become a cry baby. Even when you have a feeling that you are loosing you adopt a winning altitude madam prosecutor.

Her first assignment will make or break her reputation in her new post. She might be better off her cases from scratch and letting this 'through-pass' slide. She's fighting people with big money whom have a penchant of making the impossible possible. I don't envy her position.
