And it gets even worse as upto 8 witnesses of the 12 lined up against UK are said to have bulked.

Me think that the ICC is the one learning the lesson Ocampo sought to set as an example to Africa.

The witnesses are nothing against and PORK and his deputy....almost none will testify!!!!....many know how it is going down!!!

And how comes no witness against Sang is said to withdraw? Or there were no witness against him....radio recording evidence alone?

@Mc, these witnesses changed their minds in August and November 2012. By then, UK and WR were not in office!

If (when) ICC cases fail
•Advantage – No sanctions/ consequences against Kenya which is good for the economy.
•Disadvantage – Kenya does not heal from the 07/08 PEV which is a big risk to the country.
