now,how is staying ruaka workable for someone who works at industrial area and don't want to buy a car because of that?

Have also been looking for one in the new estate to buy. I once checked with NHC and was informed they had all been sold. Anyone with leads on anyone or agent selling pse share. The location is very convenient as it is a walking distance to town.

@Ngogoyo 2bedrooms in the area range between 26k-35k The water situation is alright in nrb West but TERRIBLE in madaraka! Electricity is fine in both west and madaraka! Security is adequate in the whole area!

Madaraka estate offers the best value proposition, its location and convenience is hard to match..I predict that the rents will raise steadily, because changing demographics and companies relocation to Upper hill.. I have two 2bdr houses that will be ready in May, one is already taken..one left..I suggest you visit the new houses and the area before any conclusions..
More monies, more problems...
