Yet to be occupied by owners therefore nobody has moved in, finishing yet to be achieved. Usual problem of NHC/NSSF housing projects is getting water and electricity to be connected. Church service from House of Grace for free! In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

That is the work of the owner, water connection, electricity, burglar proof, and as usual some final touches on plumber works. If you are the owner before they are ready for occupation you will chuck around 100k. including water pumb and an extra tank if you had already they normaly put 920L tanks that cant last half a week then there is the monthly service fee around 3k Life is an endless adventure

Despite the water problems guys can still pay 30k rent? There are better alternatives e.g Ruaka the rent for a 3 bedroom house is 25k with water bill included in the rent and it is 20 minutes drive to town,4 minutes to Village market and 10 minutes to Westlands.

Please note that madaraka is a 25minute walk to town not drive to town.It would probably take 45minute drive given the Jam on Uhuru highway. Why pay 150/- to Ruaka during a matatu strike when you walk home?

Why pay 150/- to Ruaka during a matatu strike when you walk home? Is this a valid reason? The savings are enough to take a Chrysler cab occasionally during the rare matatu strikes.
