For some reason I can't forget this tweet...

@makaumutua I predict a military coup in Kenya after the March'13 elections if those indicted for crimes against humanity are elected

And he also seemed to know that CJ Mutunga was the man to determine who becomes the Fourth President of Kenya and i suspect he hoped he would rule in favour of Raila.

I gave the bald head a piece of my mind yesterday on twirra and as expected, i got blocked smile

And he boasts about being endowed with 'raw natural intelligence' unlike Moi in his Sunday Nation article today....Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

Makau Mutua is just another alarmist. He hates UK and RT with passion. He's someone's mouthpiece. He sees everything from a disjointed. I wish I had nice nice words for him, but I don't.

March 2 tweet " My crystal ball tells me unequivocally that Kenyans will emphatically reject Uhuru and Ruto on Monday. Take this to the bank."

Crystal ball my foot!

Raila has however stated that he is going to spearhead a process of ensuring a resolution to the dispute is arrived at.

“I am going to tell my people that we should look at peaceful ways of resolving the dispute,” Said Raila.

He was speaking during a live interview with the BBC World Service on Sunday.

Raila who does not agree with the manner in which the Supreme Court handled the case said he would look into avenues to try address the issue and pursue justice.
“What has happened here is a replica of what happened five years ago,” said Raila.

“I fear five years from now there will be voter apathy, people will not participate in elections anymore,” added Raila.

IEBC says you lost.

African Union observers say you lost.

EU observers say you lost.

COMESA observers say you lost.

Actually NO observer observed any malpractice. They ALL said the election was free and fair.

The supreme court ruled UNANIMOUSLY that the election was free and fair.

And you are still crying wolf? SERIOUSLY??? The whole world [including your friends in Europe and America who were warning Kenyans of choices with consequences] conspired to deny you the presidency?? Let's get serious!

What could have happened had the 07 elections been subjected to the scrutiny we saw with the recent elections.

Spoke to BBC saying that the XXX(confirm) was just one way of pursuing this, but there are other ways of resolving the matter because he fears there could be voter apathy come the next elections.
