Born in 1966. Sold Karangas to travellers as a kid. Was organising Sec YK '92.Histo
From 92 to current, has managed largely through wheeler dealer political manouvers to tranform himself literally from a pauper to a billionaire. Case in point selling KPC a piece of land in ngong forest for millions of kshs. Link He was also accussed of illegal sale of maize in the 2009 Maize Scandal. So what should we expect of this man, direct deputy to a president expected to be half sober as is his norm. A man who since graduating from UON in '90 till he became an Mp(Eldoret North) in '97 has no record of having been employed anywhere, but is now a billionaire. My bet: after 10 years this man will be worth nothing short of a $1 billion.

which employee is a billionaire ? the waiting will continue indefinitely.

if he delivers good service and contributes to the improvement of the economy, I don't think what he is or will be worth matters

The above notwithstanding, he is the duly erected Executive Vice President of the Republic of Kenya.
