true esp in this area the land registrar was interdicted a while back coz of issuing multie titles and so many malpractices be very careful...the other issue with Tinga is that guys are selling huge blocks 20-50-100 acres so the price per acre might seem small but the seller would want you to purchase a sizeable chunk,very difficult guys to deal esp with a legal contract some would request half of the amount first while you continue doing the transfer etc
