the case made before the court is cherry picked. that is why the court ordered scrutiny of all form 34s and 36s - based on that result we shall know the extent of the 'malpractice'.

so far what has been presented, baring what has been presented in writing is very selective.

Exactly...even right there @ Bomas some guy kept reading wrongly and he had to keep correcting himself a couple of times. The bottom-line is what is on the forms 34/35/36 should tie to the final results used to declare the results. The re-tally and scrutiny of these forms is key to the decision to be made by the judges. hii ingine yote ni porojo tupu.
