I confirmed that my name and my voting family names are there incidentally when i went to vote BVR didn't work for me but i was in the black (green) file so i duly voted
and that is the "green" book (which is actually black) that CORD says should not have been used. My watchman had the same issue!
The problem becomes is also complex for those who were not in manual register (Green Book) but found in BVR. Because Green Book seems to have been the principal register.
IEBC would have to engage in messy process of merging, calculating, eliminating duplicates to determine no of registered voters.
Anyway... we are now at danger of subjudice and creating a virtual court on this thread.
