Oraro still discussing the voter register? It would be much wiser to focus elsewhere. The out come of the retallying exercise is the real thing others are just...

Perhaps we need to ask ourselves - why we conduct voter registration to begin with. there various reasons (because as it is possible to have elections without registers as was the case in SA in 1994). but one of the reason that we have a register is for planning purposes (how many ballots, pens, stamps, marker pens per polling station).
however in our case its for both verifying voters on election day (based on our history) and for logistical planning.
The fact is this whole process was rushed - registration ended dec 18th. remember that there were BVR machines that crashed of course these BVRs were from regional machines. we need to understand that if a machine crashed and the data therein was lost and could not be recovered (as it may have happened). these voters could not be disenfranchised for 'technical' reasons. one of these guys is actually a governor right now but i digress. What should have happened to these people? should they have been rejected because - their data was lost for reasons that are not of their doing.

Nothing from that Oraro submission today shook the ground.. He is a good lawyer lacking sufficient evidence. We have another 40min to know.

This happened to me. During the period of registration verification i found that my details had not been captured. I had to fill in a form to correct the anomally. On the actual voting day my details had been included and i was able to vote

Forget the voter register. Invalidating the same would create ground to nullify the entire election including parliamentally etc!

So clearly your name was not included in the register on the 18th...

Oraro tho, thinks you shouldnt have been let to vote
