Wow... Oraro's talk about the register is scaring me! Sad

Ahmed might just pull a rabbit off the hat when responding for IEBC.... Let the ndrama unfold.

he will be houdinni why lie...am not taking sides but this was blatant abuse of the election act...so simple

Election act vs constitution (bill of rights) the right to vote this will be a battle

Taking your argument to its logical conclusion would be that the Constitutional right to vote means that there is no need for people to register to vote as that will be restricting the rights of others who for good reason could not register.

Not at all...there are those who were registered but their biometric features were not recorded for whatever reasons during registration. Should they be denied to vote yet their names appear in the manual register?

And if I registered to vote but through no mistake of mine my ID/Passport number/name is not recorded at all for whatever reason during registration but my name appears in a register for those with missing ID/Passport number/name should I be allowed to vote?

The right to vote is a fundamental right enshrined in the constitution

BVR kit made by that by that boy from Siaya seems to have been better than what IEBC procured.

Whatever ruling the supreme judges will make, one thing is clear - they will not have kind words for IEBC chairman and his team. Seems they were banking on a system that was bound to fail !
