Agreed, a little tiring. He's the main petitioner though. Not sure what made the lady lawyer sound fresh...

The learned lady is pleading with the court to invalidate the whole election based on her evidence. Was the plea to cancel entire election or results of the affected constituency only?
Can you have a hypothetical case where despite giving evidence, the evidence itself is not sufficient to meet the threshold of the actual plea and is therefore thrown out on such ground?

the case made before the court is cherry picked. that is why the court ordered scrutiny of all form 34s and 36s - based on that result we shall know the extent of the 'malpractice'.

so far what has been presented, baring what has been presented in writing is very selective.
plus looking at what was presented the lawyer did not mention (i did not hear) if the final forms signed by the ro and the party agents was tampered with.

announcing on video can be erroneous, like mixing 51 and 15 or reading a 2 instead of a 5 - what is important is that the final form ([0...9][0...9]) signed by the respective officers is ok, everything else is just for the benefit of the ears and eyes

Mr. Oraro just said 31 million instead of 31 thousand.... I hope that wont come back to bite especially if there was a claim that IEBC made those errors intentionally....

Election act vs constitution (bill of rights) the right to vote this will be a battle

Taking your argument to its logical conclusion would be that the Constitutional right to vote means that there is no need for people to register to vote as that will be restricting the rights of others who for good reason could not register.

Hmmn Senior Counsel Oraro has brought a new animal to life...

Shifting the Burden of Proof:
The process of transferring the obligation to affirmatively prove a fact in controversy or an issue brought during a lawsuit from one party in a legal controversy to the other party.

When the individual upon whom the Burden of Proof initially rested has brought evidence that tends to prove a particular fact or issue, the other party then takes on the duty to rebut such fact or issue through the use of defensive or contradictory evidence.
