Annoying!

Why would him or anyone there keep their phone on? Or is the evidence been transmitted with SMSes!

By the way are lawyers paid on the basis of whether you lose or win? Like is there a higher percentage if one wins and a lower one if one loses?

the evidence presented so far is deadly and ground shattering, can't wait for the proceeding to resume. I just love the research that goes into this sort of cases, must be enormous and very time consuming.
Law is a noble career, very challenging, demanding and requires the best minds - I shudder to imagine the sleepless nights lawyers go through to prepare for such cases.

producing evidence is not an easy task, imagine following up all the freelance photographers and videographers, downloading stuff from the internet - especially without the faimba guy around.

kudos to all lawyers, you keep the country going.

The learned lady is pleading with the court to invalidate the whole election based on her evidence. Was the plea to cancel entire election or results of the affected constituency only?
Can you have a hypothetical case where despite giving evidence, the evidence itself is not sufficient to meet the threshold of the actual plea and is therefore thrown out on such ground?

Look at prayer number (h) in the Petition. It asks that the Court declares that "The First Respondent and Second Respondent Issak and IEBC are guilty of Election Offences under the Election Act 2011". Now if the learned judges agree then be prepared for Isaak to be the guest of State for a very long time.Something else the clip given to the judges is almost 2 hours long so what Kethi has shown is just a snippet...

the case made before the court is cherry picked. that is why the court ordered scrutiny of all form 34s and 36s - based on that result we shall know the extent of the 'malpractice'.
