CORD will NOT introduce any affidavits to prove the points raised in the original petition.
The Petition's grounds, arguments for, issues of determination and relief sought (as contained
HERE) are very clear.
The rejected petitions in my
view were to build up on the original petition. Now that they have been all rejected and having in mind the evidence threshold required by any Supreme Court to declare an election null and void, just how will CORD pull this off?
Someone please enlighten me.
If am not wrong, all cards are and should be on the table by now. What will Senior Counsel Oraro pull off his sleeves that is not on the original petition that in my
view my end up just being allegations?
