This seems more like a case study for academic reasons than a legal search.
You will know that you have arrived when money and time are not mutually exclusive "events" in you life!

Yeah..... wait till you see the fee note; the you will know the REAL reason that he agreed to take the case.

BTW; he might have seen that there is no evidence therefore it is a difficult case to win; therefore he decided to take it hoping to win and prove to the world that he is the best!

There is also the small matter of publicity--- appearing on national TV and newspapers and radio for a whole week free of charge [That's what propelled Muite during the Njonjo "msaliti" inquiry]

This case is going nowhere. No evidence has been admitted, hence the rulings will be hollow.

It is a good example of how the courts can manipulate anything to suit their purposes.

There is a wrong assumption (my thoughts) by CORD that a voter who voted for CORD governor also automatically voted for its presidential candidate. The outcome of Nairobi polls for governor and president ought to have enlightened them with the 50/50 split.

Based on what has transpired so far with the other prayers, I think otherwise.
Or maybe some madeemoni interefered with his good assessment and judgement of the situation at hand.

That wud be such a dangerous assumption. Just look at the senatorial votes...

When is the final ruling expected? I am soo fatigued and business is slow and I need this elections issue over and done with!
